Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
If you believe in good faith that materials available on the Website or Platform infringe your copyright, you or your authorized agent may send us a written notice by courier, mail, or email requesting that we remove the material or disable access to it. If you believe in good faith that a copyright infringement notice has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a counter-notice. All notices and counter-notices must be sent in writing to [email protected].
For US Residents Only: If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our copyright agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) for further details):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works on a single online site are covered by one notification, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, which must be removed or access to which must be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to enable Geometry Dash Lite to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to allow Geometry Dash Lite to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- You may contact us by email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid notification, Geometry Dash Lite may take whatever action it considers appropriate, including removing the challenged content from the Website or Platform.
We recommend consulting a legal advisor before submitting a copyright infringement notice or counter-notice.
